Diagnosis
Malar sulcus present; frons with row of setae along margin of eye removed away from eye margin close to frontal suture, sometimes with 2-3 rows of setae in upper 1/2; thoracic dorsum flat; scutellum transverse, 0.9X as long as wide; propodeum without anterolateral foveae; fore wing speculum small; both sexes with anterior 1/3 of gaster non-metallic yellowish-white. Very similar to santisi, differs mainly in having anterior 1/3 of gaster yellowish-white in both sexes. Also similar to parva, but larger in size (0.8-1.0 mm, versus 0.5-0.7 mm for parva), with row of setae along margin of eye removed away from eye margin, with eyes more hairy, and with scutellum less transverse (ratio length/width of scutellum 0.9, versus 0.7 for parva).
